Darren Good, Ph.D.

An expert in developing human and organizational potential.  His consulting experience includes marketing, leadership development and large-scale organizational interventions. Prior to pursuing a doctorate in organizational behavior at Case Western Reserve University, Darren was a manager with Unicast Communications, a division of Bcom3, and held several positions as an account executive for ad agencies Saatchi & Saatchi and True North Communications. He has both managed and secured new business from a portfolio of client accounts including Hewlett Packard, Proctor & Gamble, Campbell's Soup, Marketwatch, New York Times, and Viacom. Darren is an assistant professor of applied behavioral science in the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. His research focuses on leadership and managerial cognition with a particular focus on real-time adaptability and flexibility.  He holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
