Ante Glavas, Ph.D.

A specialist in purpose-driven employee engagement.  His work has been covered by media outlets such as CBS, CNN, Fast Company, Fortune, GreenBiz, and USA Today. Prior to his academic career, he was a leader in Diageo (a Fortune 500 company), founded the first private business school in Croatia, consulted to over 100 organizations, and conducted work in 50 countries. For his work in contributing to society, he received numerous awards such as the Medal of Honor from the President of Croatia. Ante earned a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University while simultaneously serving as the Executive Director of the Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit. At Case Western he developed one of Forbe’s “10 Most Innovative Business School Courses”. Later, as an assistant professor at the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame he was awareded the James Dincolo Outstanding Teaching Award for best management professor. Ante is currently an associate professor at Kedge Business School in France.
