Carefully considering data is vital to successful organizational change. Everidian provides a range of data gathering and analysis methodologies to meet unique client needs. These include quantitative and qualitative surveys, focus groups, ethnographic studies, and hybrid approaches. We then analyze the data to illuminate how variables impact organizational outcomes. Upon delivering analysis reports, Everidian collaborates with clients to design solutions to meet organizational goals. Doing so requires integrating our knowledge of organizational behavior and change, with the client’s knowledge of their unique organizations. In all cases, we believe listening to the client to understand organizational context is the key to effectively designing solutions.
