1. Bauback Yeganeh, Ph.D.
Bauback Yeganeh, Ph.D. is founder & principal of Everidian. His work enhances and sustains organizational performance through leader development, strategic planning, and execution. Bauback has supported individuals and organizations all over the world, working closely with clients such as The World Bank, United Nations, United Way, FIEP Brazil, PwC, Progressive Insurance, Telefonica and Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He teaches in Duke CE executive programs and leads the mindfulness executive program at Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management. Bauback is a skilled facilitator and a leader in organizational change methodologies and executive coaching. He holds a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University, an M.S. in organization development from American University, and a B.A. in (industrial/organizational) psychology from University of Maryland. Bauback is an author of forward thinking articles on individual and organizational change, a guitarist, and a music enthusiast.
2. Darren Good, Ph.D.
Darren Good, Ph.D. is an expert in developing human and organizational potential. His consulting experience includes marketing, leadership development and large-scale organizational interventions. Prior to pursuing a doctorate in organizational behavior at Case Western Reserve University, Darren was a manager with Unicast Communications, a division of Bcom3, and held several positions as an account executive for ad agencies Saatchi & Saatchi and True North Communications. He has both managed and secured new business from a portfolio of client accounts including Hewlett Packard, Proctor & Gamble, Campbell's Soup, Marketwatch, New York Times, and Viacom. Darren is an assistant professor of applied behavioral science in the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University and an Affiliate Instructor of Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management. His research focuses on leadership and managerial cognition with a particular focus on real-time adaptability and flexibility. He holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
3. Jacquie McLemore, Ph.D.
Jacqueline McLemore, Ph.D. has over twenty years experience as an executive coach, consultant and facilitator of change processes. In this role, Jacquie works with individuals, teams and groups as they work to change their organizations and themselves. She works individually with leaders, designs and facilitates team retreats, and helps all types of clients implement strategies to focus their work in critical ways. Jacquie designs, manages and facilitates large, multi-stakeholder projects in her role as an AmericaSpeaks Associate. She is the owner and principal of McLemore Consulting Associates. Jacquie earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management and a Master's of Science Degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is Academic Director at The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
4. Ilma Barros, Ph.D.
Ilma Barros, Ph.D. has worked on some of the largest strategic planning summits in business and social change over the last 11 years. Her partnership with Dr. David Cooperrider brought Appreciative Inquiry to Brazil for the first time and has since created a massive platform of change for the country. Ilma facilitated the Global Forum Latin America, an encounter that gathered 1200 people to think about sustainability in a systematic manner, involving business leaders, academic researchers, the government, and the civil society. As part of her activities in Brazil, Ilma is a senior consultant for the Federation of Industries of the State of Parana where she leads strategic planning for the Federation and industrial segments. She was also responsible for the methodology and content used at the Future 10 Parana Forum, a platform of proposals for the strategic planning of the State. In addition to other consulting work with the office of the President of Brazil, Ilma consults to the United Nations and the World Bank and delivered the Appreciative Inquiry Certificate Program in Brazil in partnership with Case Western Reserve University. Ilma received her Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University and was an Assistant Professor of Business at the State University of New York and L´Moyne College. She is an ELIAS Fellow (Emerging Leaders for Innovation across Systems).
5. Rita Anita Linger, M.A.
Rita Anita, M.A. has worked as an organizational effectiveness consultant to corporations for over 20 years, assisting in determining and planning for business imperatives, developing improved teambuilding, communications and negotiation systems, conducting business ethics training, and highlighting the often neglected potential of personal development as a key to unlocking an executive or senior manager’s leadership potential. Her work assists leaders through evidence-based strategies including stress management to cultivate their strengths. She has consulted with a variety of Fortune 500 companies including Monsanto, Federal Express, Dell Corporation, Qualcomm, and other organizations including The Harlem Globetrotters, Comerica Bank, US Department of Energy, U.S. Industrial Commission, AZ Attorney General’s Office, Phoenix Police Department, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, and American Heart Association. Rita Anita is an adjunct Professor at Peace College in Raleigh North Carolina and has also served as a lecturer at Cornell University Law School. She also serves as a member of a Global Education Team hosted by Columbia University. In addition, Rita Anita was appointed by the Chief Justice to the NC Family Court Advisory Committee, and by the Governor to the NC Governors Crime Commission, and serves on several local, state and national boards. She is finishing her Ph.D. in Human Science with concentrations in Organizational Systems and Integrative Health Studies at Saybrook Graduate School and Research Center in San Francisco. Rita Anita holds a M.A. degree in Human Resources Management with a focus on Organizational Transformation from Ottawa University and a B.A. degree in Business Administration and Social Science from Western International University.
6. Robin Yeganeh, Ph.D.
Robin Yeganeh, Ph.D. is an expert in cognitive behavioral based leadership development. He helps clients achieve a variety of work related goals. Robin has successfully developed and implemented mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral work stress reduction, executive training, skills-based organizational training, and employee wellness programs that enhance productivity and workplace satisfaction. He has worked with organizations such as the National Institute of Mental Health, the University of Maryland-College Park, the University of California, San Diego, and the San Diego Veterans Affairs Healthcare System. As a clinical psychologist, Robin's specialty is in scientifically-guided treatments for stress and anxiety disorders. Specifically, he emphasizes Cognitive Behavioral, Exposure, and Mindfulness-based therapies. Additionally Robin was featured on Discovery Channel's "Hoarding: Buried Alive" for his expertise in the treatment of OCD. His work has been published in leading scientific journals, such as Journal of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychiatric Clinics of North America, and Depression and Anxiety. Robin obtained a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Maryland. He is the founder of the Cognitive Behavior Therapy & Mindfulness Center in San Ramon, California.
